How does the free trial work?
Start with our Free plan—no credit card required. You get 25 AI credits for image generation, 100 chat messages per day, and unlimited material search. When you're ready for more, upgrade to access video generation, unlimited AI features, and team collaboration.
What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI credits power image generation (2-6 credits) and video generation (60-120 credits). Your monthly allocation refreshes on your billing date. Unused credits don't roll over, but you can purchase additional credit packs anytime that never expire.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes! Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle, and you keep current benefits until then.
Do you offer discounts for teams or annual billing?
Annual plans save 20% compared to monthly. We also offer special pricing for educational institutions and nonprofits—email support@palett.space with documentation to set up a custom plan.
What happens if I run out of AI credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs anytime: 100 credits for $25 or 350 credits for $75 (15% bonus). Credit packs never expire and roll over month to month.
